At Pari Computers, we aim to provide the best products and services in CCTV, computers, and networking solutions. However, if you wish to cancel or modify an order, please read our policy carefully.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped or installed.
Once the installation or service has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team by phone or email with your order details.
Service appointments (like CCTV installation or computer repair) can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
If the technician has already been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
Refunds are issued only in case of defective products, wrong delivery, or unavailability of stock.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
No refunds are applicable once a service or installation is completed successfully.
If a product is found defective or damaged during delivery, a replacement will be arranged as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Physical damage due to mishandling, power surge, or incorrect installation is not covered under replacement.
Customized products or special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Installation and service charges are non-refundable once the service is rendered.
Pari Computers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues.
