At Pari Computers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make every effort to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products and reliable services. However, in certain cases, a refund may be applicable as per the terms below.
Refunds are accepted only in the following situations:
The product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
A service was not delivered due to technical or scheduling issues from our side.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The product is physically damaged after delivery.
The customer changes their mind after product delivery or service completion.
The issue arises due to incorrect installation by an unauthorized technician.
Installation/service charges once availed are non-refundable.
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used during purchase (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, or card payment).
In case of cash payments, refunds (if eligible) will be made via bank transfer only.
All refund requests are verified by our technical team.
If the product is found defective due to customer misuse or negligence, the refund request may be rejected.
In many cases, instead of a refund, a replacement will be offered as per the manufacturer’s warranty or company policy.
